You need to find a photo that you like and resize it so that the image area is 80x60 and the file size is no more than 12k. You can use a graphics program like Photoship or ACDSee. If you're not a graphics oriented person, email it to me and I will do it for you (just use the email link on this post). Once you have the image, upload it to the photo server under the "Avatar/Sig Pic" link.
