The only problem I have with PSA is their utter failure to list my FFL so I can order and select my FFL for shipping. Loaded up the 308 upper, a lower, a lower build kit, etc last night while they had the deal with the bcg, etc. Couldn't finalize, couldnt reach them. Total waste of time. They really are the walmart of gun sales. Wait forever, can't get help, finally you might get something from them. I guess I will order a .308 from someone else. |

When did they start doing that? Used to be you had to have the ffl fax them a copy every time. That's a pretty cool devolopment if they have started listing the more popular ffls in a drop down or something. |

I've only ordered one lower from them, and when I did I just pulled the fax # off their website and told my FFL to send them their shit. ETA: IIRC you can still purchase on the website and send an FFL later |
|
I was just at their site, had a cart filled with stuff, you cannot proceed until you select an FFL for the lower. I've been through this, sent them an email with info, my FFL attached, no response, no updating of their list of FFLs. I have to try to call them Monday. This will be my last attempt to list my FFL with them. |

I would say the ones on their list are ffls that have received numerous packages from them. An ffl getting a lone package once in a blue moon probably doesnt get added to the list. |

Even if you chose an FFL from the list You will still need to have your FFL fax in the INFO including your order # |

In 2011, I ordered an upper. It took like 3 weeks and the gas block was canted. They sent a call tag and promptly fixed it. I ended up selling it due to disinterest after that and wouldn't consider them because of their Pony Express-like shipping.
Last month a buddy wanted an AR. I ordered a sale upper w/ a separate charging handle. I got an enormous box like 3 days after the order with the charging handle inside. I'm talking you could have put 500 charging handles in there large. The next day the upper arrived - packed well, perfect condition, as expected. I think they've sped up their slow shipping ridiculousness they'd suffered from before. I was so happy with the outcome of my buddy's upper order that I ordered an upper later for myself and was super happy too. +1 for PSA (And I wish they'd sell 20" CHF or 'premium' A2/A4 barrels separately.... PSA is a good outfit. Ignore the Bullshit here in GD. Their business has been growing like mad over the last 5-6 years and they have had their moments adjusting to Amazon.com like logistics and shipping challenges. Give them the credit for helping bring the low prices for a lot of good US made AR components when others were still requiring a personal touch without the Vaseline. |
| They did Ok on my recent purchase. My FFL was listed on their site but they did have a copy on file. Apparently they use a list of FFLs provided by the ATF to populate that field on the website. I received an email the first business day after my purchase asking for a copy of the FFL. We emailed it to them and I received the pistol a few days later. The process took 5 bussiness days. |

Quoted: They have Awesome stuff, at Good Prices.... But their Customer Service Sucks Been Fucked more than once by them, but they made it right after shaming them on ARF. So are they going to get their own "You suck and we hate you" type meme? I haven't frequented the tech side of the site in a long time. Are they the new flavor of the week? The prices seem fucking awesome |

If it shows a price than its in stock. Seems guns and uppers are shipping a lot faster these days; not so much for anything else |

Just select a randow FFL then send them an IM on here or email them with the proper FFL with the order number. After a few weeks they will get it right.

i ordered 20 more black teflon ar mags this month from them... i keep saying im done buying mags, but at fucking $6.99 i just cant keep from ordering more of them.( LGS price for same mags $26.00 ) .. i keep seeing myself selling them for $30.00 each during the next panic, and loving every money order i get. |
