2 days is nothing, they could be closed for some unseen thing, or vaction or just slammed with so much buinsess its slowing response time down.

I'll keep my fingers crossed. Placed an order with no e-mail confirmation or tracking numbers. Never had that happen before........kinda makes me wonder.

Probably busy. ive delt with places where I got the email confermation an tracking # AFTER I recieved the product....

I have delt with them a couple times. They have always been great. I have gotten in touch with them before at the HSGI forums.

The owner is a HSLD type, he might be somewhere visiting people, doing things.
