Oh it's those cheapy plastic buis. No thank you (and yes I've fondled them). Well, not to denigrate what I haven't touched, but I was wondering about how well a plastic BUIS would hold up, how well adjustments would track, how much slop would develop over time. not my cup of tea, but I'm curious to hear a report after sustained use/abuse. |
i fondled some at the gun shop today on a s&w, i don't know if i like that it only has one size opening, where as on my troy buis i can flip from the big one to the small one. figure i'll try one if i can get my hands on them. if not i'll just go with a troy on my new build. i'd go with the larue but it doesn't flip down outa the way. too many options...
