| OK, so I have this palmpilot blackberry thing that can read web pages... and I think it would be awesome to check out the forums while I'm waiting around with nothing better to do. But the graphics and formatting are really intense. Would it be possible (or does anyone know of a good proxy server or something) to trim down the forums pages to almost zero graphics and minimal fluff so that one could peruse the posts from such a device? |

I think there used to be something like that for the Palms, but I'm not sure if it was real-time or if it pre-loaded pages onto the desktop for sync. That was before everything had wireless built-in. Can you set whatever you browse with on the Blackberry to not load images (like you used to be able to do in Netscape)? That would help some. |
