Is there anywhere to find a used cell phone without buying some old bullshit and rolling the dice on eBay, or getting a screwdriver stuck in my ribcage in a parking lot from trying to by on Craigslist?

I busted my phone, and don't want to UPGRAYYED until the new stuff comes out. I have my old phone to make calls with, but I'm looking for an older droid to get me by until then. Don't want to feed the paypal beast or die in the process.

Cowboom.com

It's backed by Best Buy and most have a warrantee and extended Warrantee can be purchased. You can buy the phone at price listed or use the auction feature. The product descriptions are pretty accurate and will let you know if something is missing.

I rolled the dice and bought a Droid Bionic from this guy a few weeks ago.  It was like new.  No problems with it so far.

GameStop.   Prices don't look great but they have used smart phones.
