The disorienting effects of being hit in the head could possibly cause vomiting. I have been hit in the head before and it felt like I just got off a tilt-a-whirl. I did not throw up but someone with a weaker stomach or that had just eaten could vomit.

I would say getting punched in the head is not normal.  YMMV.

Yes, it is perfectly normal to experience nausea when concussed.

Just for future reference, I put together 4 simple rules for you to follow to avoid any further problems.

Rule #1.  If it is only a hobby for you, don't fight champion fighters.
Rule #2.  If you do decide to fight, don't have your head on the ground.
Rule #3.  If your head happens to end up on the ground, don't get hit in the chin.
Rule #4.  If you black out and wake up in your own puke by ignoring Rules 1-3, don't
post about it on a gun forum.
