I'm doing a paper on SBR, FULL auto and silencers. It will include information about the 2nd amendment vs. public safety. I need good information regarding all of the above. links will be efficient or if you know any good reads on the subject I would be interested in that too. also veiw points will be great if you want to share them. read suggested so far 1934 NFA act( thanks for the correction) 1968 GCA 1986 Volker McClure act with the Huges amendment. any good 2nd amendment reads pertaining to this subject? I also would like to hear View points why owning weapons like NFA and destructive devises are your right and how you would back up it up. |

Point out we have strict noise limitations for everything from vehicles to work spaces, but guns are required by law to be loud and damaging to hearing? This is the Biggest WTF in our industry. check this of course but I think there are European countries that require cans at some times. |
