procurement phase... 
ended up catching 12 today, this was the largest. we had a few shots at bigger fish but the team couldnt pull it together. and now for the goods!!

Looks good, except for the "wasabi" part.  Anyways, cut up some onion really thin, put a bit of that soy sauce brine wasabi onto it (with garlic if you want), mix it up, and eat it along with your dish. Too bad you cannot get any big radishes, I would use that as the bed for the sashimi. 8/10 |
