And a big fat fried ham pork steak, seared nicely on both sides at least once or twice.
Your local deli may or may not slice it for you if its still in the sealed wrapper.

Work a little brown sugar intot he spirals, cover in pineapple juice and pineapple slices, wrap in foil, and re-bake it.
My mom does this most every year with a conventional ham, and it one of the best things I've ever eaten.

Use some for a big pot of beans. Then of course there's ham 'n eggs for breakfast. Oh, and it's good on pizza. Remember, ham is just the part of the pig not so fortunate to be called bacon.
