From what I can read of the writing, it is a can for oolong tea, if you can provide close up photos, I probably might able to read more if you want me to.

OK, the big bit in the center is the brand name, "Gold brand oolong tea"
Upper left says specially chosen Hong Kong tea.
I think that bit under China in the bottom right is the place of production, but I've never heard of it.
