What difference does a private ballot make? Public or private, if the employer doesn't want to negotiate a particular contract with a given number of employees, he should be free to find employees on the same page as he. I'll need to read the text of the bill, instead of a one line summary. Or maybe somebody more learned than I on this can fill me in. |
