www.malwarebytes.org

Download that, update it, reboot into safe mode and run a full scan.

Stop running your insecure and sloppy M$ operating system as the local administrator.

Solves about 95 percent of internet malware/spyware/virus problems before you ever become infected.

After you clean it off with Spybot or Malware bytes, look into ditching Windows XP, which is probably what you are running, which means you are running as administrator by default. Run Windows 7 with UAC. Problem solved.
