Shutdown
Start in Safe mode (press and hold F8) as soon as computer starts up
run virus/malware scans

Also can go to start menu
control panel
programs
and uninstall stuff that you don't know

What version of windows?

Go to your startup menu and unselect anything not essential or needed.

If unsure about something, google it or ask here.

Better yet....

Start button
type " msconfig.exe "
Go to startup tab

Deselect everything.

Reboot - check box ( don't remind me ).

now you're GTG.

This works too but simply stops them from starting, doesn't get rid of them.
It is also another to boot in safe mode, under the Boot tab.

Boot in safe mode, run malwarebytes. That usually gets rid of the crap. Then do the msconfig with everything deselected.
