[ARCHIVED THREAD] - chat

I open the chat page and hit the connect button...but nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

Could be a number of things, but check these:

Do you have Java installed? If not, you can get it from http://java.sun.com

What web browser are you using, and operating system?
