Where else online would anyone go to find the answer to this?
Any of you guys remember a cartoon in the 60/70s with bears as union soldiers, one was a Teddy Roosevelt caricature, another only spoke jibberish, and one had to interpret what that one said all the time.  "what'd he say...what'd he say?" It's buggin the hell outta me. What was the name of that cartoon?
