Select "Print".
Look for the drop-down box that says "Print what:". Select "Notes", Outline", etc.. |

Use the "Preview" box before you waste paper.
Mine will print only the outline if I request. I'm using PP 2003 SP2. |

Here ya go:
  ETA: You could also go this route: Click on the File Menu, choose Send To, and then choose the Notes Below Slides option.
