It is still on Davis' desk.  He hasn't decided whether he is going to sign it or not.  Check the thread at for phone numbers etc to convince Davis not to sign bill.  This bill is not supported by Calif. law enforcement because they are responsible for implementing some of it. Gun control is at the top of the agenda for Calif. democrats.  The Calif. utilities are practically bankrupt, a crazy drove a semi-truck into the capitol building causing millions in damage, and the WTC disaster, and still those folks still pass this BS!
