They're Illegal in the PRK.

They're legal in KY if you have your CCW. KY has a concealed deadly weapon permit compared to a concealed carry gun permit. So as long as you have it you can carry any weapon like knives numchucks brass knuckles switchblades etc....

They are illegal to carry in WV, they are considered a concealed weapon that is not covered on our CCW.WV concealed weapons permit only covers pistol/revolver.

Brass nucks are illeagle to carry in most states, but a roll of dimes work just as well and they don't leave tell tale marks. If you have to use them bust the roll put the dimes in your pocket and throw the wrapper away.

Sap Gloves. Work just as well, and, since not many cops carry them anymore, wouldn't even be noticed by most (unless you run into an oldschool cop) [:D]

My buddy actually welded up some with his wire welder and some re-bar. Ugly as hell, but man would they hurt. I'd rather be hit with regular old school brass knuckles! I have one of those trench knives (WW1 style) that works pretty good. If you would remove the blade and grind down the hand guard a little they would just be brass knuckles. You can find ones like mine in most knife sales magazines.

I also reccomend the SAP gloves, I still have mine, and they are not considered a weapon at all, you can easily buy a pair off the rack at my usual gunstore haunt. nothing like Birdshot in the knuckles to get your point across. pretty warm too. [:D]

Illegal to carry concealed in GA. No prohibition on owning them. Use to be a cop and I never saw a use for them... cops used blackjack, sap or Kel-Light they provided the proper motivation. Brass knuckles on a civilian may get the owner shot...
