The best I have used on my Motorola Atrix Android that is cheap (read free) or $4.99 pay for no ads.  Works great.  Right now im in matrix mode monitoring three Loftek cams.   I wish it was useable on my computer.  Set up is simple once you got them on your wireless network.

I use tinycam to monitor two foscam web cams we use for baby monitors. I'm very happy with the app.
