I have seen some damage done with them. But I still find a pocket folder to be a better fighter. If you get down to using a knife its to late to worry about concealment anyway.

Illegal in most areas. Pocket folder is not.

Pocket folder is more tactical, anyhow.

Bowen used to make them in the 70's. Don't know if they are still around. They were a push dagger when you get down to it.
If you need it, you may find your self trying to juke somebody with your pants falling down though. Could be a tactical disadvantage.;^)

I have one that was made by Gerber called the Touche from about 20 years ago. It is very slow to deploy but has a bit of the cool factor.
