Is there anyplace I can get some avatar help, I resized and uploaded but it does not seem to have come up yet.

Nevermind, its up but all streatched out.

cut the pic so that it is 1.8 times longer than it is wide, and it wont be stretched.

When you upload an avatar force refresh your browser so that you'll see the new avatar not the one your browser has in it's cache.

Your avatar is distorted because you uploaded a 200px × 200px image and it's being forced into the required 175px × 95px size.

If there are instructions I can do it myself. I want to change it up every little while so it would be easier to just learn to do it.

My photo editor is a program called ACDSee. Came with one of my cameras a few years ago. I've heard you can do it in MSPaint but have never tried it
