So my front yard drip system goes off when the system isnt running a program. If its running a program then the front sprinkler valve (which I replaced yesterday) shuts off and the backyard sprinklers work fine...the backyard sprinkler program is done and the fronts start working again and will keep going until I manually shut the valve off....so basically the fronts are on all the time unless the rears are working. Now..the front valve makes an awful screetching sound so I figured that might be an issue so I replaced it and wouldnt ya know it still makes the damn noise...I figure that the control box is fine since its running the programs and lets me run the stations manually... I cant figure out what else it can be...any ideas? |

To determine what the hell is going on we'd really need to know how your system is laid out. Is there only one station in the front yard? Did everything used to work normally and it quit working or has it always been like this? Could be a wiring issue, could be a controller, could still be the valve even though your replaced it. Lots of different stuff could be going on depending on how your system was setup. This is a hard one to diagnose over the internet. Michael TX LI6860 exp |
