When does the assault weapon bill expire in 2004? What are the changes that are likely to occur regarding hi-cap mags as well as some of the so called evil weapons that are banned by this bill? What do you think?

tactical nukes will be legal for the general public after the bill expires, sorry, theater nukes will still be for govt. use only
