O.K,heres a real basic question.Whats the legality on purchasing short barreled ar kits
in California?I looked on DOJ website and
couldn't find anything.Please no California
flames,its tough enough to live here(3rd gen-
eration)Thanks

Buy all you want.  However, installing one on an upper receiver, while also owning an AR15, could be considered "intent to manufacture an NFA gun" and get you busted.  Since you can't get a Form 1 approved in the PRK, what's the point?
