does anyone know a ballpark figure for adding a sunroom to a house?
I'm looking at pouring a slab and tying into my current slab foundation and creating an enclosed insulated sunroom about 300 sq. ft.
any input would be appreciated

Depends on a lot of things, access being the big one.

I doubt you have to deal with frost walls or anything down there, so maybe 20 grand if you can find a guy that will do it from the ground up without needing any subs.

In 2010 I added on a 20x16 sun room/living room with a basement underneath. It has a lot glass in it, and I did the electrical and HVAC. Cost me about 25k.
