Assuming you're being sarcastic (and it sure seems as if you are) would you rather we just let Al Quaeda sit fat and happy in Pakistan?
I am sure the surviving relatives of the next Americans to die in a mass terrorist strike will be oh so grateful that we respected Pakistan's national sovereignty and didn't pursue Al Quaeda there.

Kill them all. The world is overpopulated as is. No one is going to miss a few fanatical killers.

Countries that have terrorists of global reach are either with us or against us.
