[b]Shot Show Super Bowl Party [/b]

We have a place - Tommy Rocker's Cantina & Grill that is off the strip that will reserve us a spot for the game. They would like a head count to hold it for us. It won't cost us anything other that your beverages. They are giving away prizes during the game. If we can give them a decent number of attendees I am sure we can get them do something semi-special for us. Also if you care to, post where you are staying so we can see how spread out everyone is. Stokes, The Mall Ninja, and I are staying at Circus Circus.

Post if you would like to attend the Superbowl Party or even if you are just going to the show.

Sounds like a plan... I will most likely attend this gathering, although I have no idea what Ed will be up to.

I've got a friend who is meeting up with me in Vegas to have some fun, so chalk me down for 4 people for now... possibly 6.

I am afraid to commit to anything because I am unsure of how the weekend will end up going for us. I appreciate the effort you are putting into this but don't want to make plans and then find out that my sponser ffl had arrangements that night.

Like I said, Ms. CounterStrike and I will be staying at Circus Circus and are looking to hook up with someone for a ride to Frontsite on Sunday (we can help pay any costs but we wont' have our own car).

I can make it... since I'll already be in Vegas. I may have an 'in' to the SHOT show, but the gal who's getting me the pass may or may not be able to hook me up. How are you guys getting in?

I'll definately be able to make the party at Tommy Rockers thought, so add me to the head count.

I'm not a football fan, but count me in. I'll be there for a while as my flight leaves at 6:40pm. The game starts at 3pm Vegas time. I assume you'll be getting together at least an hour beforehand?

ATTENTION! I have a room at the Rio with two beds for Friday night. If someone needs a place to stay Friday, let me know and I can hook you up if I'm feeling nice. [:)] Staying at Terribles Saturday night, couple blocks off the strip. I also have a rental car in case people want to save some money on taxis.

Great place. I go there for Jimmy Buffett pre concert parties whenever I see Bubba in Vegas. Should be a good place to watch the game.

Shit, those of us at the frontsite shoot will probably show up afterwards. (I know I am going Sunday to miss part of the SB because that's easier than missing the first day of the show!)

I think the shooting ends at 5pm... and is like a 30 min drive???

I figure the rams will have locked it up by then and the steelers will be asking god why the SB couldn't be in a snowy outdoor stadium!

Hopefully I can get my Shot Show stuff done on Sat so Sun will be free. I'll try to get by there. Hopefully my leg will survive. We are staying at the St. Tropez hotel, I think it's in the UNLV area. I was hoping to check out Frontsite while I was there.

A map will really only show you the positions of the casinos. When you get there, each place of business takes up many city blocks. These places are tremendous in size. You have to be there and experience it to understand.

Can any of you guys gimme the lowdown on the shot show weekend ?

The wife & I are thinking of making a roadtrip out to 'vegas for this Shot Show, Frontsite & Superbowl shindig...

(Being from SE PA, we're Eagles fans)

In order to get into the shot show must I have credentials or be "invited" ?

I'd really like to make a trip out there, but if I can't look at the goodies at the show, I don't know if it'd be worth the long drive...

I've been to 'vegas several times, so I can navigate the town fairly well...

If we do go, we'd definately stay at Circus Circus...

C'mon guys, help convince me it's worth the drive...
