A lock on your bedroom door would be a good idea. Plus, the move thing when the lease is up.
Good idea, this. Keep a log/diary of all her legitimate screw-ups. Not the little irritating things, but those things that would make an unbiased observer (like a member of a jury) think she's no good. You might have to sue her, and/or she might sue you. Having some written, dated "ammo" will be a huge aid to you if that happens. |

I had the same thing in college. I was home alone. I hear keys jangle in the door, and in she walks. My roommate never told us that he had given her a key, or that she was coming over when we were all at work. I happened to call off work that night, to work on a project for school. She was too cheap to have cable, so she liked to come over to watch ours.
Damn, she was an annoying pain in the ass. |

I ran into almost the identical situation.
I moved.(easier said then done,I know) The best reward was after I moved out, she moved in completely. After about 4 of 5 months, my ex room mate couldn't get her out if he wanted! He even called the cops on her! They said as long as she was collecting mail there, that was here residence. I laughed at him and asked him, how's that pussy now? Oh she was a crack whore with a kid, to boot! I think he had to pay her to get out. Good times. |

I also forgot to mention that when she is bitchy she makes my life hard! She makes noises to annoy me, turns the TV up, puts on lifetime (even if I am watching something). Pretty much makes it difficult for me to enjoy my life. Yesterday I stayed at a friends till 1am because I did not want to deal with her shit. I wish Florida had laws that if someone made your life hard to deal with at your home you could call the police. (she does this when my roommate is there) I say this without an iota of negativity. She pissed me off so bad I would run around naked all the time when he wasn't aound. Hell when i heard her walk in I would run to my room, strip, rub out a good semi or better and then just go sit on the chair facing her. She wasn't on the lease and couldn't do shit about it. Bend over in front of her to start a video game or movie as well. She tried to get back at me by bringing her friends around but it didn't phase me. Actually I did a few.......... |
