Dinner is almost ready....beer is going down very nicely....(smoked) Brisket needs more time, but the yard bird is done. Potato salad is finished....cutting up sausage for the beans now! I lived in a funeral home for 3 years. That first pic reminds me of the big pile of organs they'd have in a large, stainless steel bowl after an autopsy. Just thought I'd share.
