A wise person on this site warned me once- "Never buy ammo made in a country where they piss in the water supply."

To answer your question, NO- I've never used any.

I don't understand how we can get cheap labor from down there, but the ammo is not!

$0.17 a round for quality boxer-primed 5.56 is not cheap?

Because the people who were making the cheap ammo in the late '80s all moved here... Hence we get the 'cheap labor' while they actually have to pay people to stay there...

I've gone through a couple of thousand rounds of the stuff I bought a few years ago.  I thought it was great.  Crimped/sealed primer, sealed/rolled neck.  Not sure about the composition of the bullet so I wouldn't use it for SD ammo but I never had a failures and pretty much shot to POA of the better stuff.  A little more shot dispersion though.  For me, of the 3 the Q3131A grouped the tightest (2-3) MOA, then Federal XM stuff at 2-4MOA then this stuff at 3-6MOA.  I paid considerably less for it though.  Fine for plinking.
