Sorry I've been advised to edit this post. Yes, it was a setup. Mother/father arrested, child taken into protective care. Apparently they had done something similar for the past several months, usually late at night in bar parking lots. They would beat/rob people they lured over.

I think in that situation I'd have thrown a 20 out the window and driven away very quickly. They could eat something at least. While they wait for the cops, who would definitely be getting a call from me.

And then I'd go buy a large bottle brush and a bottle of strong cleaner, dip the brush in the cleaner, shove it in my ear, and scrub until my brain was cleaned of what I had just experienced.
