I've been working on a deal for about two weeks now. I do the marketing side, he does the procurement/packaging side. He has spent his time doing field trials for his dogs and not working on the program. Since we have not been able to nail down the procurement side, the customer has decided to move on. This could have been a 6 figure deal for me.

Thought about it. I'm tired of hearing how his dogs cost him $1,700 a month in up keep and training.

Yes, I'm a contractor and we did some subcontracted work for a Restoration company out of Houston. This Guy's name is Bill Balke and owns a company call ACT restoration. He owes me $40,000 dollars and won't pay. Won't take my calls and has his gate keepers trained to tell me he's not available. This is 18 months later. Yes i do need to plan a trip for a little business meeting..........Pissed does not describe my position. If i stopped to kick everyones ass that needed it each day, I would not get anything else done. Good luck with your deal.
