My mother has carried a Colt Python .357 ever since I can remember. It never even occurred to me, though, to snap a pic to post on a BOTD thread. Jeez, now I know what causes aneurisms.

Oh, I guess I ought to get one of my sister, too. She took a day off a few weeks back and a "minority" guy used a golf club to break into her back door. He didn't realize anyone was home until he got to the bedroom closet where she was holed up with my 1 year old nephew. She said she heard him kick open the bedroom door, at which time she chambered a round into her 870 as loudly as she could. After that she heard a rustle and then nothing but wind. She says she thought to herself, "You can come that far but no closer, motherfu**er." She did it all right, too, because she was on the cell phone to my step-father right away. He's a deputy in the County and every po-po was on the scene in a matter of minutes. Another deputy caught the guy and supposedly told him, "Looks like you picked the wrong fu**ing house, asshole."
Anyway, I ain't gonna post her pic, though. I should send one over to parenting.com, though. |
