A game application is screwed up and the fix is to delete a user preference file contained in one of the sub-folders of the "Documents & Settings" folder on the C: drive.
The OS software* will not allow me to have access and is telling me "Access is denied", even when I log on as the administrator (as opposed to logging on as a user). I have tried to change the Folder's security settings to allow the Admin to have "Full Control" but it will not allow me to change the setting. It's my damned computer ! ! !, how do I access this folder??? * All my computers are running legitimate copies of Windows 7. |
