| One of my window well is pulling away from the foundation. There is a 3inch gap between the well and foundation. Also it's only about an inch above ground (should be 4 inches). This causes water to go into the well through the gaps and fills up the well causing leakage into my basement through the window. Any suggestions guys? Try to fix it or full replacement. Also how much would it cost to have it replaced. Thanks. |

One of mine pulled away slightly. Pics of yours may help someone else answer.
I dug doown outside of mine (they were about 3 feet deep, pushed them back agains t the wall and back filled. I am sure you could find info on how they are supposed to work - concrete drill into block, foundation, seal with some sort of caulk, and then bolt to foundation. Half day if your are good with a shovel! |
