Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Winchester Model 12 shotgun - Loose barrel

I can't figure out what the hell is wrong with this thing.  The barrel is loose.  You can wiggle it.  If you seperate the barrel/mag assy, and adjust the lock ring that screws on the end of the barrel, it does nothing.  The teeth wind up being 180 degrees from where they need to be.  

Anyone play around with alot of Model 12's?
