Obviously recieving FFL will be sent but can I order the gun under my name or must they order it for me?

Simple yes or no????  Please confirm either way what others say.  Needless to say this will be my first dealing with AimSurplus.

you can order under your name but it has to be shipped to an FFL on file.

And before you do that, CHECK WITH THE FFL FIRST to make sure he handles that type of transfers. You don't want to have your rifle delivered to an FFL who isn't expecting to receive anything.
