...that I keep reading news stories about the mortgage industry tightening down, and Countrywide on the verge of bankruptcy, and letting a large portion of their staff go, yet they keep flooding my mailbox with offers to refinance? Maybe if they stopped sending them out to the thousands of people that haven't taken them up on their offers the first 40-60 times, they'd save enough money to get out of trouble. Just a thought.
