Swine Flu
or Y2k coupled with killer africanized bees? What is the best load for either, i'm concerned. I heard the government created this virus to wipe out the entire earth, because that's what democrats want. They want total extinction, a nice gentleman with a suit made out of tin foil told me just yesterday at the range. Will XM193 stop a virus or am I going to need m855 to get through the armor plating that government put on the virus? Obama went to Mexico just recently, he was discussing how they can end the world behind closed doors, and now here we are. I couldn't be anymore frightened unless it's confirmed that face eating chimps are the carriers and are going door to door ripping faces off and coughing up mucus in your new face holes. I'm off to go kill Madagascar, I've got a plan. Two straight days of Pandemic 2 FTW. |

In the title are just a few of the "disaster scenerios" that can be thought of. I'll see your "made up .gov fear mongering scenerios" and raise you probably the mother of all "you have much to fear" plots. I was thinking about how I've seen this happen time and again. We seem to spend tons of money on things that are failing and we have to "act now." Going back about 4 decades I bring you "The Silent Spring". The message was - If we don't stop using pesticides all life as we know it will end. Ever wonder what happened? The popular myth is that Carson did a great job and hurrah! The facts are different though. Silent Spring is a book written by Rachel Carson and published by Houghton Mifflin in September 1962. The book is widely credited with helping launch the environmental movement. The book did point to problems that had not been adequately addressed, such as the effects of DDT on some wildlife. And given the state of the science at the time she wrote, one might even make the case that Carson's concerns about the effects of synthetic chemicals on human health were not completely unwarranted. Along with other researchers, she was simply ignorant of the facts. But after four decades in which tens of billions of dollars have been wasted chasing imaginary risks without measurably improving American health, her intellectual descendants don't have the same excuse. This worked. It's worked for over 40 years. The scenerios got more plausible and harder to prove wrong. They learned how to present things to you. For example, prove global warming is/isn't working. You can't. |

What is the time span of Obama visiting Mexico city and the swine flu outbreak? Isn't there some kind of incubation period for this disease? I doubt anyone has authorization other than the SS to search AirForce One. Couldn't they in reality carry a nuke with them and no one would be the wiser? |
