Will America still look the same on a map, or will Mexico have expanded its borders?

Will Africa be virtually uninhabited?

Will this still be the Land of the Free?

Will the Middle East have changed even the slightest bit?

Everybody will either speak Spanish or Chinese.

There will be a McDonald's on every block, but by that time, it will be a "fine-dining restaurant"

The cybernetic version of dpmmn will have reached 10 million posts on ARFCOM, fipping the counter back to zero.

Either Muslims and their ilk will have spread to the rest of the world or the western culture will have spread to the rest of the world. There will be no inbetween. We've already proven that those two cultures can't coexist peacefully based on events of the last 20 years.

That said, I think the western culture will eventually win, just because we control most of the money and technology, but it'll be an ugly way to get there.

Phhhhhtt! Our borders will remain right where they are. Anyone notice a shift in the wind lately?

Once again, phhhhtt! Advancements in science will stem the AIDS pandemic. It will be a while and there will be a terrible toll to pay, but don't worry. They'll make more.

Will this still be the Land of the Free?

This is a real concern. I think that we will continue to see a gradual erosion of our freedoms and rights to a critical point. But I also have faith in the people to not let it go too far. Revolution or civil war? No. Just another shift back in the right direction. I hope.

Will the Middle East have changed even the slightest bit?

Nope. There will be continual strife in the Middle East. I honestly believe that we will see the use of NBC weapons there. Probably sooner than later. And I hope that we can stay out of it. Or at least limit our involvement.

I see Asia as the real problem in the coming century.

Just call me Nostradumbass.

ETA Oh yeah! I forgot that the world is supposed to end in 2013.

In 100 years, mandatorily armed school children will be reading this site's archives and this thread as part of their history lesson, as the ARFCOM community members were the ones who saved America from zombies and the traitorous 6-term President Hilary Clinton's clone army and back in 2031.

Middle East will be of no concern as the oil feilds dry up as they really dont have any other resources to keep their economy strong. When we have an alternate fuel source, Nobody will give a shit about them, just like nobody gives a shit about Africa.

China is considered to be an economice monster and superpower soon, maybe, but their shift in dependencey for oil will be their greatest downfall and the country as a whole will have even more internal conflicts when oil feilds are gone which even may lead to civil war and may break up the country.

The U.S. will start strengthening her borders and pushing the illegal mexicans back into thier own country. U.S. will keep on trucking the way it is as it is now and will stay strong. Our rights may be infringed and tested but they will never be lost.

Cancer, Aids, HIV will all be cured of.

Call me crazy but hey, thats the way i see it.
