Doesn't Walmart sell Winchester White Box in .40cal?  If you are buying plinking ammo (FMJ) then I would start there.  I buy 9mm WWB at Wally World and JHP's online for CCW.

Wallyworld will sell you 100 round value packs of WWB .40cal for around $15per 100 rnds.

I am sure you can beat the WW price if you research alittle.
