Try a billards supply store... maybe. I know some of them have dart supplies, may have dice.

Odd side note on dice: They really are not random. Even the onces from Vegas. I did on a trip pick up some die (had a backgammon set with really bad dice need to replace). Took them home and started rolling each one seperately and kept track of the numbers that came up (yes, I am weird). It wasn't to long before each one had a pattern. I even checked the "balance" like they do in Vegas, the die were balanced oddly enough.
