I like glocks. I don't like stippled glocks. I can hold mine just fine.

This guy's face: https://www.screenused.com/images/auction_nov13/13700_9.jpg But I'm okay with that because I love that movie. View Quote Uh, stippled or not; still 100,000,000 times better than your average, POS 1911. |

I have seen maybe one or two examples of stippling that looked good. Normally, stippling looks like ass.

I would never try to stipple my own Glock. Just about every one that I see looks like shit.
I would pay Cold Bore Customs; they do really good work. |

I stippled both my glocks.
I don't really care how it looks. It's a glock |

Kudos to the guys who do it themselves and it looks like a dog chewed on it. Shit looks like rocky dennis face.
|

Done right it doesn't look too bad, but most of them look like dog shit covered in dirt.

I'm bailing on this thread before someone posts a pic of that damned Suriname Toad. Saw a picture of one in a library when I was a kid and that disgusting shit still gives me the nut-clench shivers.

Why isn't there a paper plate between those things?

There are some guys that do an awesome job at it. I follow a few on Instagram.

I knew a guy who "stipled" dicks w/balls all over his glock with a soldering iron, it was awesome
|
|
I don't care who likes it, or how it looks. It gives me a better grip, especially after a long day of shooting.
|
|
It makes a huge difference when you're hands get greasy from being in an awkward or stressful situation.
It does for me anyway. |
|
|
I don't care for the look and doubt I would ever have my Glocks stippled, but I've shot my 14er buddy's stippled Glock and it really feels awesome, like it was custom made for your hand. @TATBME show us your stipple job if ya would.

Um, if the grip on your pistol is that bad, how about 50 cents worth of skateboard tape instead of spending hours bedazzling it with a soldering iron? Bonus points - you can remove the skateboard tape with a hairdryer.
Right up their with colorfill as far as I am concerned. Tits on a bull...and screams squid to me. |

Looks like you did a pretty good job. I also chopped the grip for G19 mags, undercut the trigger guard, and reduced the hump. |
