The politicians with badges (they aren't cops) who insist on people not being able to defend themselves are indirectly responsible for incidents like this.

Berkley and lots of WTF in that story.

There's a crazy guy outside, and you walk outside and go to a fire station for help?

And the police didn't respond because they were preparing for an occupy protest. Well, ok, they had that one coming.
