I have a slight problem. I'm working at a job right now that really drives me up the wall and is a challenge to my sanity. I hate the idea of heading off to work and wonder what will go wrong that day. It's a steady job, in this economy, but it really gets my blood pressure up and I'm on two kinds of
blood pressure meds already. I would have to go and finish of my college degree to start a differen't career. I also got into trouble once at work and have been referred to anger management. So my question is, when do you know it is time to leave a job / career for the sake of your health or sanity? Second, Would you take a job that pays less or work two jobs if it makes you happier? |

Where do you work? I drive a truck for a company pulling containers out of the Port of LA / Long Beach. Spend 10 to 18 hours a week waiting at the ports without any monetary compensation. Can you combine your college education with the waiting? On-line course + 10 to 18 hours study time = potential for advancement while remaining employed |
