The seller might own a stockpile of USGI magazines, and is throwing in LEO mags to make a quick buck. Or he may have recieved them that way himself.

I would email him and discuss trading the LEO magazines back for unmarked ones, or have him buy them back. This way you have piece of mind.

In an ideal world, this question should have been asked & answered before bidding.  We all know it doesn't really work that way.  People make assumptions, ignore details and act on "what everybody knows".
