Getting to be an everyday thing. I mean all the killing going on. Is it dope, lack of azz whupping? Are the liberals somehow getting them to do it? Moral decline? I don`t think we will have a Country left by the time obamy leaves office.

You watch to much cable news. The murder rate is the lowest it's been in decades. Last year murder fell off the top 15 causes of death list for the first time in like 45 years.

It's been going on for a long time... but now the election is over, and the commies that run the "news media" smell gun ban blood in the water.

Several of the above reasons certainly contribute but the murder rate is lower than ever. The media is just fixated on it to help their agenda.

I'm old enough to remember when Eisenhower was President.  Points for you to ponder:

1.  There are 315 million people in this country.  Millions of them are batpoo crazy, mean, or stupid.  I remember when there were well under 200 million.
2.  When I was a kid, there was no cable news, internet, or cell phones.  News came printed on paper, TV came via the antenna, and phones were stuck to the wall.
3.  If reporters back in the day had an agenda, it was for people to behave.  They did not celebrate SOBs.
4.  We punished wrong-doers.  We did not make them famous.
5.  We locked dangerous people up.

I was young when Charles Whitman shot up the UT campus.  I was on the campus only about a week later.  Whitman was never portrayed as anthing other than an evil force who did something horrible.  Later we learned that his brain tumor made have caused him to decide to kill people from atop the Tower.

William Randolph Hearst had a saying.  "If it bleeds it leads."  That is more true now than ever before.

We had violence on TV.  Heck, Ricky and Lucy produce the Untouchables, a violent series.  We played with fake guns.  We threatened our other friends.  But we knew what was right and what the consequences of wrong were.  We feared the system.  And mom wasn't going to bail you out, either.  Dad had fought in the war.  He wasn't about to try to get us out of some poo pile we had voluntarily jumped in.

Now, if you shoot some people you get wall-to-wall attention.  It may last for only a little bit.  But the people who do this for the attention don't think these things out very well.

It's suicide in the information age.

Crazy person want to check out but wants the world to know about it or is so pissed of at the world they want to create as much pain as possible on their way out.
Schools, etc are soft targets and create the publicity they want.

The media and the liberals have drawn so much attention to it you start getting copy cats..

As simple as that..

It will continue until it burns its self out. It's also the silly season right now.
