In the shower.. You know your washing your naughty bits and BAM some one is there trying to do you harm.

What would be the ideal carry piece / rig for those wet and steamy locations?

I keep a makarov in my butt just for these occasions...

Just be sure to remove it before eating Mexican food.

If I'm in a hotel in a bad area, I take my handgun, wrap it with a face towel, and place it by the shower. It's not "right there" but it's close enough.

ETA: Obviously, a Glock would be the ideal carry piece for this application.

+1 on the Mak! Tiny front and rear sights plus no pronounced tang means no sharp edges

My choice!

What about a compact Glock in a Tupperware container? Or would that be redundant?

Just take a bubble bath, and keep your gun in the suds but not in the water. When the man you shot years ago comes in on you and starts giving his revenge speech, shoot him then say "When you have to shoot, shoot, don't talk."

Only one thing to defend yourself in the shower. It's waterproof too.

I duct taped on glock to the shower wall for just such an occasion.
