 How many push-ups?

 Sit-ups?

 Pull-Ups?

How many miles and what time?

 Anything else I missed?

I wasn't a Marine, but I was Army Airborne. Here is the Airborne answer to your question..

How many situps?  Did you puke yet?

How many pushups?  Did you puke yet?

How many pull ups? Did you puke yet?

How far to run? Did you pass out yet?

{edit} Well, there's just no way to make that look good. So the minimum standards for a 17-26 year old male are 3 pullups, 50 abdominal crunches and a 3-mile run in 28 minutes. Note that these minimums leave the Marine 30 points shy of a minimum total score so he'd better pick up some points somewhere. Max scores in each category are 20 pullups, 100 crunches and 3 miles in 18:00.
